The growth of promotions on the Internet and social media (for example sweepstakes or contests requesting user generated content, mobile programs, and Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other online platforms) has created an increased awareness of intellectual property, jurisdictional and international privacy and data collection issues. We stay abreast of the regulatory climate, enforcement practices and activities, and revisions of laws and regulations related to our area of promotion marketing law.
