Shelly M. Rowan is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, and is a partner in the firm's Boulder, Colorado office. Before joining Cohen Silverman Rowan in 1996, she was a partner at Bradley, Campbell, Carney & Madsen in Golden, Colorado. She has practiced extensively in the highly regulated alcohol beverage industry for over 15 years. Ms. Rowan is active in the promotion marketing industry as an association participant and lecturer, frequently speaking at the Promotion Marketing Association's annual Law Conference. She practices extensively in the area of alcohol beverage promotions.
