Joseph E. Silverman is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Prior to 1977 he was Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Block Drug Company, Inc. for seven years and Vice President - General Counsel of Endo Laboratories, Inc., the pharmaceutical subsidiary of the DuPont Company for four years. Mr. Silverman is active in the promotion marketing industry as an association participant, lecturer and author.

Joseph Silverman was born in New York, New York; admitted to the New York bar in 1958; Education: University of Pennsylvania (A.B. with honors 1952); Harvard University (J.D. 1957). Vice-President, General Counsel, Endo Laboratories, Inc. (1967-1971); Vice-President and Corporate Counsel, Block Drug Company, Inc. (1971-1977). Member: New York State (Member, Food Drug and Cosmetic Law Section) and American (Member, Section on Corporation, Banking and Business Law) Bar Associations.
