Ira Allen Paur is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School with a Master of Laws in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law. He served for eleven years as Division Counsel of Revlon, Inc., and prior to that was with Schering-Plough and Block Drug Company, Inc. Mr. Paur was born in New York, New York; admitted to the New York bar and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York in 1969. Mr. Paur has counseled clients in the promotion marketing industry, with special expertise with sweepstakes, contests and other promotions involving high levels of technology, for over thirty years.
